RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Deadline for Return
We offer our customers the possibility of returning purchased items within 30 days from receiving them. This extended period compared to the 14 days required by Italian law aims to ensure greater satisfaction and confidence in our products.
Conditions of Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
• Be in the same condition in which it was received: unused and in the original packaging.
• Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Procedure

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please carefully inspect the items upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged or different from the one ordered, please contact us immediately at customerservice@leonardopen.com so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it.
Exceptions/Non Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
• Customized products.
- Items on sale, special offers or gift cards.
For any questions regarding a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Replacements
The quickest way to get a different item is returning the one that you have purchased. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new separate purchase for the item that you want.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Transaction Fees
Please note that in the event of a refund, a percentage of approximately 5% of the total purchase amount will be retained. This percentage covers the non-refundable fees applied by our payment service providers, such as Shopify, PayPal and others. The exact percentage can change depending on the service provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
This policy has been done in accordance with the current regulations and to ensure transparency in customer service.
