Your package will be delivered to the address provided within 48-96 hours, except in cases of delays beyond our control.
At the time of shipment, you will receive a confirmation email from the courier with a tracking number to monitor your package and estimated delivery date.
Deliveries occur during business hours (Monday to Friday).
No deliveries are scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
The courier will attempt three deliveries before returning the package to the sender.
A signature is required upon delivery.
If the package is returned due to non-delivery, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
