Exchanges and returns
Returns can be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
You can return the object or accessory by sending it to our offices in Italy. To return your item, please send it by courier or postal service.
Before sending the goods, please write to customerservice@leonardopen.com to indicate the return and for approval of the return. At that time, we will send you the address for returning the pen.
Place the goods you want to return in their original packaging securely to prevent damage in transit.
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, returns will be processed within 14 working days and credited back to the original form of payment.
You will receive a confirmation email when the return is completed.
Standard shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will NOT be refunded. The refund will exclude the outgoing and incoming shipping costs of the product.
